Originally claiming bioterrorism, the FBI has since changed their story after the embarassment of discovering that the bacteria that these performance artists purchased is both harmless and frequently used for children's science classes. The FBI is now trying to save face by charging a few members with some kind of mail fraud. Anyone concerned about infringement of personal liberty under the Patriot Act should check out the details of this story.
The saddest part of the whole thing is that whole thing started when the main defendant called 911 after his wife died in her sleep...the poor guy hasn't even had time to mourn.
