Topic posted originally in the wrong place (the existing suggestion for A-Z (Alder-Zonder)) by The Endroom's band leader Roger Lindhjem (RogerL):
"The Endroom was formed in 2012 in Norway and plays melodic prog-rock. A mix between Pink floyd, marillion and porcupine tree. They released the cd "The Endroom" in 2013, and now 11 years after they are going to make a vinyl-record. They are on Spotify, and you can hear them here: https://open.spotify.com/track/6q8iH8n9Py154MoN4ztspF?si=4248d1b9af284920 They are also on YouTube here:https://youtu.be/VO9LnkpMaZ8?si=3pmWY3nosy-dxwYk They got good critical reviews in the Norwegian press that time. The 2013-album is also on Discogs. Here:https://www.discogs.com/release/9847987-The-Endroom-The-Endroom The band is now working on a new album." The full album from 2013 can be heard on Spotify here: https://open.spotify.com/album/7yj48LONWrkZKQv049EqMi (with a different track running order to the original CD). Band photo from September 2013 can be found at https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10201383878292818&set=a.1105279466094. The Endroom (CD, 2013) 1. Riversong (5:04) 2. I Love U (4:49) 3. I've added the band and the 2013 self-titled album to Awesomeprog (the digital version on Spotify is embedded there on the album page). @ RogerL: We now need a band biography to enable the suggestion to be considered by one of the sub genre teams in the topic title. The self-titled album from 2013 reminds me of Mostly Autumn in its overall style with the use of female vocals on several tracks, so it's likely to fall somewhere between Crossover Prog and Prog Folk as far as this site is concerned. Do you use Amazon to stream music? If so, then https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CVNYCZI.
Alternatively, the first ten songs of this playlist will give you all the songs on the album except track 4 ('Hey Man'), which is hidden for some reason: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYCdvoTAzwfx79baws2P_3MbCQtBC0R57.
