Can somebody please tell me the piano notes to the song Leap of Faith by IQ?.    I only want to know the notes to the piano intro part, as i would love to be able to play this on a piano.   Ive tried looking for tab pages and videos on youtube, but no where shows you the individual notes of that melody, only the piano and guitar chords.

Whatever the key it's in, to my ears the arpeggio notes would be close to as follows:

1  -  5  -  mi3  -  1  -   7  -   5  -  mi3  -   7   -  4   -  7  -  mi3  -   4

then it goes to the relative Four and repeats the above phrase or a close variation.

Mind you this is an approximation done in my head without an instrument to proof the notes and I imagine I probably got it wrong.

Good luck.

I don't know how much of a piano player you are, but there is a piece of software called Transcribe which will help here - you will need an MP3 file of the track but if you load it in, you can slow it right down but still keep it in the original key to work out the notes. It will also help with the chords.

Is that actually for a piano or is that for a guitar?.   Piano keys are labeled by letters not by numbers.   I appreciated your interest to help, but i dont think thats for a piano?.

Correct, it is guitar-speak, but it's just based on the major scale so you can transcribe if you really want to .
