Looking at the mediocrity of this list, Chevy Chase's career was probably done in 1978?
No vote.

Vacation.

Fun fact. Chevy played drums with the songwriting team of Becker/Fagan before they changed their name to Steely Dan.

I never knew that. Another fun fact.... Chevy Chase is named after a town in Maryland which, in turn, is named after an Olde English ballad titled "The Ballad of Chevy Chase", strangely enough.  Smile

There are utterly unforgettable scenes in most of these, especially from Foul Play and the Vacation films, but Fletch and Seems Like Old Times stand head and shoulders above the rest. (Caddyshack can hardly be called a "Chevy Chase comedy.")

Chase would've been great as the corpse in Weekend at Bernie's

Never really was ever a fan of Chevy Chase, but I did enjoy Caddyshack when I was younger. Admittedly, I haven't had any interest in watching it in many years now.
