10cc is one that comes to mind. The first four songs I ever heard by 
them are so different from each other and were produced around the same 
time.

-One Night In Paris
-I'm Not In Love
-The Things We Do For Love
-Dreadlock Holiday

With
 most bands, there's evolution, changes with time or new members, but 
it's nice to listen to have many different styles on a single album, or 
around the same chronology. 

The only other band I can think of like that is Little Feat, but I'm sure there's more I like.
