   There seems to be an inordinate amount of volatility on the 'ol PA site recently. Tempers are wearing thin, confrontations are becoming more pronounced.  Maybe it's because we've all been locked up and isolated from real personal interactions for so long. Maybe there are just more @ssholes on the site now than before.
Whatever the reason...if this was a place of business, I'm thinking HR would be looking to do something. What can we do here to smooth the waters and return to a more civil discourse?

	The inordinate amount of volatility is nothing compared to the ProgWars we used to have. Politics pales compared to irate music fans. But seriously, this is nothing, and civil discourse is no fun.
