It's a fairly safe bet that the Rush album of two halves will win this poll, although I've been wrong before.

Let me be the first to vote for Rush then. It's like when a carpet puzzle turns into a college roll and arithmetic shoes at the same time.

Court and Spark, my favorite Joni Mitchell album. On the Beach is good too.

There are several up for the spot....Joni Mitchell "Court and Spark" is one of her best, Neil Young "On the Beach", The Band "Moondog Matinee" (not one of their best, but not bad), BTO "Freeways" (because of the memories)....but my vote is for Rush "Hemispheres" because..."La Villa Strangiato"

Mahogany Rush's best album (along with What's Next) has a slight edge over Montréal 6AM Pat Travers and Neil Young are also good.

The Guess Who. Their stretch of 5 or so albums in the early 70s is really really good.

A poll of two halves with the clearest win yet for Rush with more votes for Hemispheres than all of the other albums put together.

Court and Spark is fantastic and almost perfect (except for Twisted. Still a five star)
