Ive never heard any Gentle Giant before. I was wondering what album by them would be good to start off with?

I'd start off with:

  • Octopus
  • In A Glass House
  • Interview

A good overview of Gentle Giant's awesomeness.

I suggest the first four (Gentle Giant, Acquiring the Taste, Three
Friends, Octopus) then the records from In a Glass House on. Or you
might try a collection (Edge of Twilight)

I can't argue with that order except I'd stick AtT in after TF and leave Free Hand where it is.

Three friends would be my recommendation.   It's their most accessible.

Just curious, but why do people write "pwns" when they mean owns?

It's a tongue-in-cheek deliberate typo. See also "teh".
