Yep pre-ordered mine. Looking forward to getting the album, not understanding it for months, leaving it on the shelf collecting dust for a few more, trying again and after a year or two finding it a masterpiece of avant-Prog. I would love to say I'm joking here but.... literally half of their albums ended up that way lol!

Looking forward to hear what Toby s'got in store for us. Tuvan throatsinging is still something he neglects to sprinkle his albums in.

Synths sound a bit cheap and not in a good way, but it's a good track.

They are still hung up on the 80s so the synths sound exactly what I expected them to sound lol. Yeah its a good song, very very dense which is what I thought might be the case when I saw the instruments used on the album. But behind the endless musical soundscape and tight drumming there is a strong groove and flow from start to finish.

I'm kinda at odds with the production, I keep feeling like I need to get some water out of my ears. It's like they took Coffins on Io muddiness and turned it up to 11. I'm sure I'll get over it, but that's my impression from first listen.

Yes, but even then it really shouldn't cost $13.50 for shipping a CD to the UK. Anyother band and I probably would have said hell no. Listening to Magnetism, pretty dense stuff, don't know what people are on about with muddy production, it's pretty clear just with a very strong 80's influence.

Wasn't so excited because although I enjoyed Coffins a lot, didn't really want the sound to stay in that direction. Then get ten seconds into Magnetism and in full hype mode.

FYI at people saying the CD shipment to the UK is too much (I also paid $13 shipping) you can now pre-order the album on itunes for just £3.99! Dirt cheep that, hope the band actually make money on the album. Maybe the band are hoping people on the fence will take a gamble with that price.
The itunes pre-order also gave us the length of each track.
1. Amalia’s Theme 7:32 2. All The Pain in All the Wide World 10:083. Magnetism 7:294. Rings of Earth 8:405. Brittle Urchin 4:32
This gives the album a rather short running time of 38:21, which is about the same as Coyote but still 8 min longer than Gamma Knife.
