Not exactly prog indeed, but he recorded this one single. It reached #21 in the Dutch top 40 in april 1969. It hit the charts in Basque Country in 1974.
My first memory of him was the first football match I attended. My dad took me with him to De Meer (the Ajax stadium in those days). Johan Cruijff was a newbie in the selection back then and not yet out of his teens (it was 1965/66 or so). My father noticed his remarkable talents back then.
He was elected the Sportsman of the 20th Century by the local newspaper near the end of that period.

Greatest of the European greats. One that even the ignorant, as I was of the time in the 70's of the beautiful game, knew of and respected. Along with Pele of course.
