Bad news: The girl I've liked for awhile doesn't want to/can't date me because of where her life is right now.

Good news: She's willing to remain friends with me, and she said that I'm "a very sweet guy". We had a nice talk about it today. Smile

How do you feel about that? Mixed bag in my experience.

I'm still looking for a kindred spirit, hopelessly cliche as that sounds. Turns out most girls in college actually have ambition and career plans. We'd not mesh well. Kinda obvious now that I think about it.

I actually feel really good about it, oddly enough. When this originally started, I didn't expect anything more than a friendship to happen, and a little bit of that was still there up until tonight. So I'm not really disappointed at all.

Although she said she still wants the 3-lb chocolate heart I got her for Valentine's Day. LOL

I ordered a couple Krautrock albums tonight, Popol Vuh's Hosianna Mantra and the Cosmic Jokers s/t.  I can't wait for them to arrive!  For now, I have to bed.  See you later.

Where?

Never mind, it's back to normal.  The image was screwing up for me that day, now it works again.

I don't have to keep this one, I just wanted to see how it looked, too pixelated IMO. I like the original  though, especially because Zorn is rocking out to some great guitar playing.

Since I can only see the top of his head right now it looks like he's eating a delicious sandwich.  LOL

Nevermind, you fixed it.  Anyway, I said like 20 minutes ago that I was going to bed.  I think I'm going to do that now.  Sleepy
