I have all their albums (available from CD baby) and they're excellent.

Also try 1870.  They're an Argentinian band that use electronics in their music.  However, they're firmly routed in chamber music.

Thanks.

Nenia is the piece I'm listening to.

Other pieces by him:

Antiphonies for Piano and Orchestra is also excellent. Big smile

Thanks.  That is a great site that I haven't used for a while.  Will download too (must make room on my harddrive or finally set up my external harddrive on this old computer).

They're re-releasing the ReR Quarterly's Big smile

The first one is out now but I'd wait a while until it's on the server.

And I didn't know about that site until recently.  I switched on my external drive earlier and have moved those FLAC files over to save space. Big smile

Plus there is DAAU.  I've yet to check them out though.

I also want to check out Bohren and der Club of Gore.  They're not chamber rock but I gather they're rather good. Big smile

Incidentally, I was a little disappointed to see on a certain avant list that Hellebore did not make it. ;) I don't think it was ever released on CD., which if true, is sad cause it so damned good, imo.

Maybe it will make round 2.  Hellebore is very good but I prefer the offshoot NEO Museum.

Logan, you think you're slow. I just (and I mean just) realized that I have been staring at my computer screen for about 40 minutes without realizing it.

I still haven't heard NEO Museum, but it's great to know that there's a NEO (prog) album out there to enjoy. Wink
