Yes, but that's because I like Converge more than 90% of the music I've ever heard. Embarrassed

Are OOIOO a good band? Bands with strange names like that intrigue me for some reason.

Also, Converge should be on PA.

I'm learning this one on guitar now.  The intro is pretty tricky.

I almost bought that at Best Buy the other day, maybe I'll pick it up next time I'm there.

Aren't there OOIOO samples on PA?

I don't know, I almost bought one of their albums earlier tonight, but the one I wanted to start with was out of stock so I held off.  If I remember right, they're an all female group, usually playing some sort of quirky avant-rock, with the exception of the CD the sample on their page is from, which is supposedly more Krautrocky.

I'd recommend it. And if you don't like it any, then you can pretty much stop with Converge there. It and Jane Doe are their 2 best, plus Axe to Fall is a bit more progressive than their other material.

I know they got added to the Progfreak charts, and JMan has already voted yes for their inclusion. I don't care too much either way, but I could understand them being on here.

Alright, I'm willing to give Converge some more listening time.

Who knows, maybe you can somehow get me to like metalcore.

If you don't like Converge, then the only other metalcore band I'd probably tell you to give a chance to is Coalesce. Think metalcore with Meshuggah-style grooves.
