I don't have a Credit Card and don't plan to have one... not for the long-term anyhow.  I do have a Debit Card though.

I have a debit card but I don't think I can use that. Either way, I will buy.

I get about $120 NZ per week in student support, plus whatever I earn (as long as that is not over $180).

I'd say about half goes on music.

I need a credit card though, I guess I'll get one of those reloadable ones. I hate blowing it all in one place but it'll be worth it.

Credit Cards are the spawn of Satan.

There are not that many options for online shopping, at least not for me.

I don't online shop anyway. I order almost all of my music through two record stores, or use iTunes when extra needy.

I went to Goodwill today, and they had an upright piano for twenty dollars. Now, it would need a lot of love to be able to play anything according to conventional harmony. Fortunately, I don't need to do that! The two major problems are: there is very little space in my house for something like that, and my family will hate me for banging on a hopelessly out of tune piano (and if/when I get my speaker and electronics going, a hopelessly out of tune piano run through distortion and feedback effects!).

Should I do it?

I have purchases that require the use of online shopping.

No, usually only about $100 NZ.

Well, she was born in Australia and moved to Hong Kong and then the UK.

So she decides to play Tennis for Great Britain.  I'm not complaining but it's getting annoying...

As you said, it's like our Cricket Team is full of South Africans.

Yes.  f**k the Olympics.  2012 will just 'cause traffic, terrorist attacks and England-mania.  I don't know why we even wanted to host it...

I don't understand the appeal of sitting in the cold half a mile away from a field that you can't see, being completely surrounded by people you don't want to be with.

Chronometers?

That's an excellent album with Canterbury and Avant-prog moments on it.

Indeed it is.  I was going to follow it up with Manna/Mirage, but I'm going to listen to a different band instead.
