^ Where is that? Looks lovely. It reminded me instantly of Switzerland, probably triggered by the presence of Klee in your sig. :)

I want to run, the weather here has been constantly rainy. But the weather seems better today, so maybe I'll finally be able to go for a soothing run Smile

Spot on. St. Moritz to be precise. Friend's own a Chateau right on the lake, so its perfect. On the note of Klee, need to head round to Bern to visit the Zentrum. :)

Whoa, that's amazing.
Good to hear you escaped canberra man

Running-related question: Over the past week or so, I've been getting the sensation of tiredness (basically what feels like DOMS) in my right hip, and in my right shoulder (basically in between where the traps/delts meet) although I've not done any lifting, or anything other than running for the past 2 weeks or so. It's not painful, it just feels tired a lot more quicker than the other side and is a bit irritating.
Any help/advice y'all could offer would be awsm.

I had a good three mile run last night with no pain in my knees at all. Big smile It's been so long since I've had a run like that, it feels good to be back. SmileCry

Oh yeah and listened to this:

Last week I biked over 150Km but this week has been rainy so I haven't been able to.

I'm hoping the rain stops by tonight so I can get 50K in.

Note to self: Don't run with blisters on toes.

Hurt my knees because of the awkwardness of it.

Thinking I'll do the stationary bike tomorrow morning. It'll keep my legs in shape while not causing me toes to hurt badly.

Sucks about your knee truthy. I've been feeling good lately/made a ton of progress in my running times lately. Also making a lot of progress in my lifts + finished my bulk without gaining much bf% which is nice.

Is anyone here a member on Fitocracy? It's currently invite-only, just signed up after a friend invited me. Fun way to track lift progress/running progress/weight loss/gains/basically anything to do with exercise. If anyone wants an invite, feel free to post your email here/PM me with your email address.

I've been rowing instead of running at the moment, because winter plays havoc with my left knee (Cricket wear and tear), but once that calms down again I'll get back into it.

I really want to start running again, but damn my leg. I'm not entirely sure what is wrong, but I think I have torn cartilage where the head of my femur connects to my pelvis.
