What is so excessive about this picture? I like it... And that's art. I have seen Janet Jackson do the same thing and that wasn't artWink

Janet Jackson did not fondle a child in a "guitar lesson".

Well then...

Anyone have any odd band discovery stories?
This is the best I got:

Was going to take the SAT's. So sat down at a desk. Girl walks in wearing an Opeth shirt.
No idea what it was at the time, but the logo looked really cool. It was the O with the the butterflies in it and all. I assumed it was a band...so I Wiki'd it when I got home and saw prog-metal so I tried it.
One of my favorite bands now!

i listened to it once and then put it away ... you know what? i'm gonna give it another try tonight just because you help me find this thread Clap

Speaking of the porcupine man, anyone else feels that PT sounds better in live albums? i like studios, but XFM specials and "arriving somewhere..." are my faves CDs of them all, and that doesnt happens me with other bands. just saying...

I don't understand why it was moved. It's supposed to be random comments/observations on prog music, not any music.

I bought a poster of the movie Aguirre, Des Zorn Gottes just for the part where it says: "Musik: Popol Vuh". LOL

And, of course, because that movie is completely awesome Big smile
