Kayo = Okay with the O placed behind the y.

Dot = point.

Okay is an agreement. take off the o and put it on the end. Also it will point the way. A dot is a point. congrats, andu. You're quite good at this.

Okay is a word that means "I agree" and a point is another name for a dot. So you take the "o" from the beginning to the end of "okay" to gey kayo + dot

Thanks jareyay. Computing is fun. It also seems that my jazz-rock bands are not really cryptic in names... You go ahead, Eugene - unless you want to pass the duty to someone else, like me for example Wink

A word for agreement is "okay" (supposedly). By taking the first letter of it and putting it after the last letter you get a point, which is a synonym of "dot". So you have Kayo Dot.

I, personally, though about a "bill" as a synonym of "agreement", and by putting the first letter after the last one I got Bill B. (point), which led to Bill Bruford, but this guess was wrong.

Hard to find if you have no idea a band named Kayo Dot exists in the first place. Shocked
