I remember Svetonio from PE. That was ages ago when they kicked him off PE, like back in 2016 or maybe 2017. So, check it out: in the part of my post that you didn’t quote, I mentioned the fact that once you sign up for PE, you can't just jump in and start posting right away; you have to chill for a few days while the mods check things out, which usually takes a couple of days. So yeah, a character banned several years ago couldn’t really be the reason for these days banning newbies who post one or two messages that don't break any rules.

From what I've seen so far, none of those insta-banned newbies were genuine newbies, but rather Svetonio's ALT accounts trying to pass off as other people.
