Agalloch are the best thing to come from Merika (and AAL/Isis/Pelican/KD/motW etc) for a long time.

I think you just boil some water and add tea, James

it is karate (Kenpo to be exact), but actually I haven't taught in about 3 years cause I've been in Pilates teacher training which is grueling, complicated and time-consuming.  Thanks for asking though, I do still love martial arts.
