A late good evening from me Snobb (got stuck in watching football, I admit it LOL)

Which match?
started with Liverpool earlier, got bored and watched the Greek team Panathinaikos vs S. Liege match which was a disaster for the Greek team
Fulham were beaten I read but I guess that was expected

Nothing wrong with Stratovarius up to 1995, they got very cheesy after this time and I lost interest

I remember the Greek metal magazines always hailing Jens as one of the best keyboard players of the genre

I am afraid Strato haven't caught my ear at all. But Jens Johansson with Hellborg or here on his more fusiony recordings hits the button - said long ago, if he avoided the cheese he could be major like Jan Hammer. JJ also did some excellent worrk on Mastermind's jazz rock album Excelsior!

Elephant9 is possibly most interesting album this year. Vintage keyboards, some old hard rock (Deep Purple) atmosphere and jazzy drumming, plus The Mars Volta guitarWink

Generally I'm disappointed with this Jimi album. It could be good album, if you are new with Hendrix. But in case you know his discogs, too many pieces there sounds just as outtakes, bad versions, etc. Not too much new, and not too much different from endless compilations
