Not much. I hardly listen to any prog anymore, so visiting this site seems a bit stupid. However, this is also the first website I have contributed in so I like to come and say hi every now and again. So... hi!

I've started contributing to a punk zine, which is pretty cool I suppose. There's a book called Our Band Could Be Your Life that all of you should read. Very inspiring. Very punk, DIY, underground, etc.

Smile

I only really listen to the avant side of prog anymore, but it's still prog, so I guess I can keep visiting. Tongue  I'm a pretty bad collaborator right now though, because I'm absurdly busy during the week, in general.
Are you done with basic training, or did I miss something?

Yeah, I've been done with that for a couple months now...glad to be, as well. LOL

It was not amazing, and just OK. Seemed too soon to reboot the Spider-man movies anyway. Didn't beat the original Spider-man movie with Toby Macguire.

I am kind of boycotting the movie because of that.  I really felt that there was no reason to reboot it.

New Batman is what I'm worried about anyway. It's the only movie that isn't a comedy that matters this summer.

Maybe because the third one was so shamefull. But i have to say that make a real spiderman (wich means a spiderman with artificial web-launch as the original) is a good reason.

I'll be learning my job until...geez, fall of next year sometime.  Most of my flightmates are already done with their schooling and onto their actual duty stations, seems unreal.

The third one was bad, but that doesn't mean a rebooted series needed to come out 5 years later. At least they waited 8 years for a new Batman (10 years if you thought Batman Forever was just as bad as Batman & Robin)

I've a feeling it will disappoint.

Why?

Because I have a feeling everything will disappoint me. LOL

Also because people liked the previous one too much.

I don't think that I have seen the 3rd Spiderman yet.  I do have it on DVD though.  I should try and watch it this weekend.

The first one was also really good, just not as popular because of the Heath Ledger thing. I don't see why the 3rd one won't be just as good.

ture, but it just doesn't look as interesting as the other two. I only particularly liked the first.

You don't have to, it's pretty bad. Especially because of the lack of plot, and all the dumb faces made in the movie.

But Chris Noland directs good movies. He did Inception.

I just got back from seeing it. Good, but unnecessary. Though they did add more modern-day references, like Spidey talking on his cell phone to his girlfriend (who knows who he is btw), and lots of.people saying, "Really??"

Verdict: fun way to kill an afternoon, but not much diff from the Maguire version.

My fear is just about the villain choice. Bane is a cool characters, but not so charismatic as Penguin or even Riddler.
