Firefly: The Complete Series
Of all of the shows I've seen, Firefly is the second best with a 9.99999999999999 score out of 10.
Thats a great show... whats number one??
Cowboy Bebop, duh.

I wouldn't quite say Cowboy Bebop is the best show EVER, but it might be the best anime series ever. And it's the first one I recommend to anyone who thinks anime can't be as emotionally pleasing as movies. Hell, it handles dark comedy much better than 90% of the drivel that tries it.

The actors have moved on anyway, for example, Castle. Good show.

Truth. But if Cowboy Bebop isn't the best, what is horsie?

Indeed. Besides, Castle had a great Firefly joke in the Halloween episode.

Jim, I like dystopian and/or post-apocalyptic sci-fi as well as stuff like The Outer Limits and The Twilight Zone.  I also love Kurt Vonnegut, so any decent film adaptation of his stuff would be great.

I like more intelligent sci-fi, basically.

I cannot say I've really seen a film in that genre I've loved yet but there's a lot I've not seen and some I saw years ago that I've not seen for ages and cannot remember that well.
