Well it’s p***ing down here. On and off. The morning is going to be taken up with household chores, recycling old cardboard boxes, checking out the air beds and getting the wife’s waterproof clothes out of the loft too. Then it’s a literature and music afternoon. Hoping to spin some vinyl fingers crossed. Oh I’ve also got a visit from the mental health care nurse, home visit at 1pm. Today eeks. It’s only been three weeks since she last came to see me. The bad breath and awful smelling farts. Since Monday. So I’ll have to ask if that’s because of my meds. Before seeking out advice from the specialist at the hospital clinic. As it’s getting me down.

Nurse visit went well. Now I’m going to sit back and chill out watching movies. Then I better choose something then.

I’ve stopped watching the movie because. I’m having trouble with my mental state of mind right now. So. I’ve decided to just continue to chill out but with the focus on getting. Myself in a calmer state of mind by meditating with peaceful thoughts and soothing distractions. Which as worked on past experiences and the need for my extra strength meds hopefully won’t be necessary. But I’ve requested that my wife gets one out of the locked medical safe. Just in case one is needed. The thoughts of feeling unwell all the time, in both mental and physical health situations that are plaguing me in my later years more often then. Years ago when all that. I had to get through was my mental illness. Which as been a constant struggle since my childhood. I’ve also gotten a headache coming to. Ah well that’s my problem not yours.
