No, the blogspot link = hehehe

No worries, all mention of eX-Girl has finished.

By the way, I actually wrote the Le Silo biography, but I noticed earlier I spelt Samla Mammas Manna incorrectly on the second occasion, d'oh!  I'm hoping to get it changed.

Listened to it partially just before (started after Pop Muzik ) . Being truthful I went in with pretty low hopes , but have been surprise by something rather listenable and entertaining. I'm not sure whether I would put my money expenditure's on the line; interesting it say the least, will give it another few spins in the future.

You've only listened to it partially, it gets better as it goes.  Definitely give it another go.  It seems you're the last to listen to them, as Claire has them in her playlist already. LOL

Will do, you should try "Afrirampo" if you have not already. I have pulled their album "Paradise of Replica" after listening to ex-Girl. Another female front Japanese band, a little more noisy, with the vocals somewhat more screechy. You should also try 'Limited Express' for a similar feel.

if you want hip, edgy, a bit punky/hard Jpn girl band, the 1st demi semi quaver is quite goth in my book ;) [a God Mountain [Hoppy's label, one of their 1st releases was Ground Zero] discovery of hoppy kamiyama's  - he likes his noise indeed!]

yes they are made of wallpaper. They are all "Cambell Kneale" (Birchville Cat Motel) related albums (one of my favourite musicians). He is one of the leading acts from the New Zealand drone/psych/free-rock scene. He does all the packaging for his CD's himself and has a tendacy to use wallpaper for the covers. Mostly it is flowers as he used to work as a florist. Give quite a personal touch to the albums (well they are my thought anyway).
