Errr, no, he's not . Actually, the current Duke of Alba is a Duquess and as you can see in her photo she has nothing in common with Jessica:

The Duke of Alba is used in Holland and Belgium as the bogeyman, to scare the kids. Apparently during the Spanish rule of these countries he used to be a not too nice guy with them... But I think the current duchess is much more scary, what do you think?

Oh, and by the way, does Jessica already have a husband?
