I used to drink that stuff. I could never drink enough of it though - no matter how much I drank I was still thirsty the next morning .

wasn't Cripple Cock Farmyard Scrumpy a folk-rock trio in 1968?
..speaking of folk-rock, in researching Steeleye for addition.. I've come to realize what a complex history the band has, gonna be more challenging to write-up than I thought |

That stuff is the 'guttiest-rottiest' scrumpy on the market. That's why I buy it for my Brother-in-Law on the occasion of his birthday or at Christmas. It's also very good around the house and garden.Second only to white wine /clear vinegar. It's great for cleaning paint brushes and windows. So,James. You now have a very clean window into your...er...soul. 'Let's All Go Down To The Cripple Cock Ferry...' - Neil Young Edited by Man Erg - October 03 2008 at 04:01 |

Must remember not to put in print ones feelings when exasperated and made late for an important appointment by a lady in an enormous queue deciding to park where she was and walk her child to school half a mile away!!
No-one could move until she returned 10 minutes later!!

Now now, it tasted all right actually. It was a present from the nextdoor neighbour who bought it on holiday.
My stomach does feel good now though, it has to be said. |

Because they always seem to be in 4 x 4. It used to be Vauxhall Frontera's ('cause they looked a bit like a big car) but now they're Isuzu's. That's an extreme example... Here's a more normal Isuzu: Edited by James - October 03 2008 at 06:54 |
