you should check the album Berlin

and i also thought Procol Harum and Tom Waits are similar, and that Procol is the missing link to the development of a subgenre in avant metal called vaudevill, circus rock//metal, rock with dark, barocke, gothic morbid themes and exentric arrangements,

I see you're listening to a lot of Tim Hecker, Matt.  I just got the new album and I think it's great.  The only other one I have is Ravedeath, which I loved, but I think Virgins is even better.   What else is good by him, q.m.

As far as full albums go I've only heard those two and the one with Oneohtrix Point Never. But I've heard random songs from other albums and all his stuff seems good.

Good day overall.  How about you?

I may just work backwards from Ravedeath and see what I find.

You are improperly celebrating the holiday if you ain't had no turkey.

Thats good.

Yea we had to make a 20 minute drive to a family friend's house for a party. It wasn't formal whatsoever, so i enjoyed - though it was a short time because my dad was getting a bit loopy lol.

I reunited with that family's son there after a long time of not seeing him. We used to hang out constantly but he's 4 years older so it made later years impossible to do things together. He recently got married and had his newborn son there too. He grew up quick, though he acts the same and still games haha. So it was nice while we were there.

Anyone else do anything interesting?

Nope. Nothing interesting.  Just the usual Thanksgiving stuff of gorging oneself on turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie.

i watched I Accused My Parents last night but didn't watch the actual marathon

is it weird that I put actual effort into making a greatest hits album of my stuff so far for no reason at all?
