Yes, Velvet Underground, but I liked the Metallica collaboration quite a bit.

All I heard was the table song. I AM THE TABLE, I think it was hetfield that shot that line into internet fame though, either way, that song left me cold. To each his own. I dig Cohen and Tom Waits and I've always thought of Lou Reed as being similar to them, so I should check out his work a little more.
