The 13th Floor Elevators album is amazing, but honestly both are pretty good.

Competition is stiff and being competitive is expensive. Juggling a day job to pay for your musical ambitions AND still having enough time left over to actually pursue those ambitions can be tough. In short, hard work, patience and not a little bit of cash are all required to turn music dreams into realities. If you only all that a musician/band has to invest in before they hit that stage, youd understand the importance of attending their shows, especially the band that are traveling. Ill pay or travel to see an Indie band,.... before I do a national act. NO JOKE :)

Hope they work out well for you. I use reading glasses. I have trouble with very short and very long distance vision, too, but glasses only work for me for reading.

It seems like forever since Sunn 0))) put an album out.  It was their last album that first introduced me to drone and doom stuff, and I've gotten into a lot of new bands as a result... but meanwhile the band that inspired me in the first place has been all but silent.

I just read today that Sunn O))) and Ulver are making an LP together is this true guys??

EDIT: It's called Terrestrials
Cool, thanks for the tip.  I know zero about Ulver but I see them mentioned here a lot.  Prob a band I should investigate, yeah?

I have difficultly with long range, which is funny because of the amount of screen time and sheet music i've  experienced.

I also had a small astigmatism so everything was a bit foggy.
