Yeah, thats the part that kinda freaks me out...and I guess you'd have to keep a level mind.
He was aware of it. Couldn't move or do a thing.

That's insane... But it's not supposed to do any harm so we should go ahead and try getting to that point Big smile

Not at all. Ever happen you? Did for me once, woke and still was for like 2 seconds.
Really scary but in this case, I assume you have to be cool, since we should be aware anyway.
And it is harmless as you said. Wish I could find his post, but im so lazy LOL

NVM I beat the laziness

JJ: Yeah, I KNEW I was dreaming but it continued on for, idk...probably a few seconds. The part I was aware of was me walking through my dorm room, to the computer, and on the screen was my body laying there.
I woke up, freaked out, and for a second or two had the sleep paralysis. Felt myself fight to move, but couldnt and couldnt talk and couldnt really see.

Then got up normally. Ermm

CZ: I've been frozen for a good hour at least.  You struggle to move, to keep your eyes open, even to breathe.  It all seems like part of the dream though.

I've had one natural lucid dream that lasted for quite a while and was very vivid.  The most vivid of them all was an out-of-body experience that I had in a dream, it was horrifically vivid and very disturbing.

What it says about me that I'm still going to try I have no idea....but I'm still going to try LOL

That is so awesome, it just makes me want to try it more LOL I seem to remember when I was like really little I had a lucid dream I could control my actions in but I could just be imagining things... It seems pretty vivid though, jumping through a TV screen into various scary stuff LOL

I guess to keep in mind with this whole thing, it isn't dangerous as you said.

I couldn't help it.....listening to Agalloch again Matt.
Trying their other albums/EPs

I dont know what you're into June. Agalloch IMO is brilliant, but if you're not into heavy or generally bleak atmospheres its not for you LOL
