Look, it's very simple;  on every alternate Thursday except in months that have 29 days or two municipal holidays and/or when the weather is overcast but not precipitous, each deposit must be made at 16 minute intervals or two separate 8 minute intervals or four separate 4 minute intervals unless indicated by a cushman or other authority employed by but not affiliated with any city authority except if a B-method or C-method of payment is applicable.
