Well it's mainly just the fact that I think the government has become a big scam, basically. Big business bribe the politicians, the politicians make sure the middle class is still working for their corporate overlords, they do what ever they need to do to control us, we have no rights, they kill anyone with significant influence that isn't spewing a ton of bullsh*t (JFK, MLK jr, Bobby Kennedy, etc). That kind of thing. I mean it's not really that left-field of a belief any more, but the majority of the public would probably say that counts as a conspiracy theory.

It would be justifiable if you weren't so f**king vague on everything. "The government" the president? senators? the mayor of Toledo? the police force? "Politicians" Congress? Which specific congressmen? "Big business" which ones?

I don't know for sure; most of them, I think. I suspect the W bush administration, Obama and his administration, Reagan, most of the congressmen to make it into office in the past few decades, and more. I'm not as certain with the different companies, but just look at most of the major businesses in America and I'm sure you'll find many a participant in the bribery. Also, the PACs are all adding to the problem.
But I want to make clear that this is only speculation, my beliefs. It's for the most part not proven as facts, at least not yet.
