I heard something about a Present marathon..? Big smile

Funny thing is that I haven't listened to Present in a while..

I was thinking about it but I've got a busy evening and I have to find my CDs...  Also, I don't have Present - Live, I don't think.  That's the only one I've not got though.

And the new album is eargasmic, even though they cover Jack the Ripper.

It obviously comes from the Finnish word numero.

You're obviously overrating Finland. Tongue

Hmm, I'm definitely interested in the band.  I'll have to check out their album at some point.

You must.  It's top 10 of the decade material and features Dave Kerman on drums.

Bloody marvellous!

Oh and Volapuk's Where is Tamashii? (2003) is wonderful too.

I would choose 2005's Knebnagäuje by Pocket Orchestra but that's made up of their recorded material from the 1990s, I believe.

Late 70's/early 80's, I think. Brilliant stuff though!!

It's pretty much the only studio Present I can stand.

The live albums are surprisingly good, though.

Not yet... and what DVD?

A quick question, Blowie: A Great Inhumane Adventure features Le Poison qui rend fou and Promenade au fond d'un canal.  Are these re-recordings?

It's such a sonically wonderful album and there's a lot of depth in there.  It'll need at two or three listens to catch everything.

Enjoy, Luke!

You also need Pocket Orchestra.  Mmm.

AGIA is a live album all the way through. Le Poison being Le Poison Qui Rend Fou pt. II only.

Didn't manage to make 1,000 posts by the end of the year.  Oh well, that was another one of my resolutions: to stop procrastinating.

They're the most boring kind of Zeuhl/RIO/chamber-rock I've heard so hard.

Ah, that's cool then.  I was hoping that was the case.  I didn't want to think Daniel Denis had run out of ideas and just re-recorded his old tunes. LOL

Udi Koomran really shines on that album. Soundwise, it's unique!
