   Fuah.. como el foro esta en ingles .. pos como que paso de explayarme hablando del cd.. pero pal que me este leyendo y me entienda. Estamos ante un buen album.. no comparable con los anteriores aunque ciertamente de calidad... La base del cd son las voces melodicas contrastadas con guturales.. y guitarras imagino que baritonas con ritmos algo mas "machacones" en detrimento del virtuosismo instrumental sobretodo que en el primer cd, (ahora entiendo porque David Readman se fue...) No obstante un buen cd. Son como Symphony x pero version "Metal Oscuro".. ma burrillos!.. jeje. Nos vemos y si no.. pos nos imaginamos!

Otra cosa que me gusto mucho fue la entrada de Patrick Moraz que le dio un respiro a anteriores albumes que eran "Fragile", Close to the Edge" o "Tales from Topographic Oceans" agregandole un estilo quiza maas tirado paara el jazz pero nunca alejandose de las raices de mi grupo favorito.Otra cosa que me agrado es que mantuvieron un pequeño estilo de "Yessongs"(hablando de sonido, no musicalmente), osea, que el sonido es el mismo y eso me agrado mucho. El ranking de este album es algo logico, aportar algo a la musica es dificil pero Relayer en su totalidad lo consigue, y con muchos honores.Personalmente encuentro que este es lejos el mejor album de al año 1974. 5 estrellas: Essential: a masterpiece of progressive music Si pueden tambien escuchen los anteriores de Yes, en especial Yessongs que es album que tiene los mejores temas de Yes hasta ese momento, despues complementenlo con Tales from Topographic Oceans, Relayer y Going for the One y tendran lo mejor de Yes (sin tener que comprar una recopilacion donde salgan temas del album 90125)   Que?

"Relayer" is an excellent Yes album, although initially it didn't attract my attention but when hearing the spectacular song "The Gates of Delirium" I was suprised and marvelled with this jewel that Yes gifted to the Progressive Rock. Another factor that I liked much was the insertion of Patrick Moraz who gave a new breath to the band when compared to previous releases "Fragile", "Close to the Edge" and "Tales from Topographic Oceans" and he also added a style more jazzy but never leaving the roots of my favorite band. Another thing that pleased me was that they kept a bit of "Yessongs" (talking about sound, not the music), it means, the sound is the same and satisfied me enough. I personally find this album by far the best 1974 release.

5 stars: essential, a masterpiece of progressive music.

Also hear previous Yes' albums, specially "Yessongs" that comprises the best Yes songs until then, completing with "TFTO", "Relayer" and "Going for the One" to have the best of Yes (without purchasing a recompilation where appear songs from "90125" album).

   X me qst gruppo è fantastico...cambia continuamente l'epressione dei loro brani cn melodie a dir poco eccezzionali. poi Duda alla voce è strepitoso, scandisce le parole fino all'ultima sillaba.la kitarra cn quei suoni prolungati veramente mi fa venire i brividi addosso. sn straordinari e spero ke faciano altri diski cn lo stesso ritmo e lo stesso senso di oscurità ke trasmettono, ma soprattutto cn le stesse emozioni...

KAYAK "Merlin - Bard of the Unseen"

   Estoy plenamente maravillada por esta obra de arte de kayak. esta banda no es muy conocida en mi pais pero deberia serlo, tendria que escucharse mas en las radios, deberia tener mas difusion. este album es excelente sin lugar a dudas. destaco la fuerza de las voces y el ambiente que le dan los teclados acordes a la historia o leyenda del rey arturo y el mago merlin. las letras las he traducido y son esquisitas poesias... me quede asombrada totalmente. cualquier fanatico de kayak que quiera contactarse conmigo por favor que me escriba a la direccion de e mail. un saludo!
