oh my fitness started going down hill when I discovered beer is delicious. Also not sure if the abstinence is paying off... you had more girls before

I quit drinking 5 years ago, and I've actually gained a bit of weight because the craving for sugar is still there - so now I just crave sweets instead of alcohol. Traded one vice for another.

i don't drink enough beer to make a difference, but i have tried to cut out as much pop as possible.

Soda is just as bad as beer, pretty comparable in calories. The four year period where I was not drinking soda or beer is when I was healthiest
