Hey, MEMOWAKEMAN:
I know Elfonia (and Stream of Passion). Great bands. ![Smile](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif)
And heard good comments about Cabezas de Cera (still I could not obtain an album of them here... ![Ouch](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif) ).
But I didn't see to CAST in your signature... ("Angels and Demons", what an album!!!...).
I really like them, and have their works!!! ![Clap](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif)
Alfonso Vidales is really great!!!. Hernández Reyes y Brassea are cool musicians!!! ![Thumbs Up](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif)
They are well-knwon by the Argentine "prog-heads", and played here sometime. ![Big smile](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif)
Do U like them? ![Smile](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif)

Yes, Cast is a great band, maybe the most well known mexican band round the globe, but not my favorite, Angels and Demons as you said is a great album, glad to see that you enjoy my country`s bands.
BTW when will the Final Match be?

Thanks for the intro, didn't knew you had a Peruvian born sister.
And, though I listened to all my life to speak about the arrogance of the "porteños", the things have changed...
The funny thing is that it's not artificial in them, it's natural and don't misunderstand me, I love Buenos Aires, been there more times than in any country, at least 50% of my LP's come from there (It was impossible to buy them in Perú and too expensive for us in USA), but even the great number of Argentineans living here who are from Cordova, Salta, Jujuy, Mendoza, etc talk aboout the traditional Buenos Aires arrogance.
But again it's not negative in terms of hospitality, I always felt comfortable there (Something that didn't happened in another South American country) but the figure of "EL PORTEÑO BACAN" is traditional.
Now, with the exchange favorable to the foreigners, Buenos Aires (with his "porteños"), is replete with tourists!
I talk to tourists almost every day in the street, and really I try to be nice, to understand them and to help them (even in languages more difficult to me than english!!!...).
And I see many people to do it also.
Again I always felt comfortable in Buenos Aires, have a lot of friends there. The Porteño arrogance is not making feel people or tourists bad, I would lie if I said ever had a bad time there, their arrogance is somehow feeling touched by God.
BTW: I was there in the 80's the first time and the exchange was incredibly good for us, i could eat a whole meal with the best meat and excelent Mendoza wine (That's something you do have) for less than 3 USA dollars.
Ask them about the hospitality and respect with which they are treated, as well as other foreigners who live here...
Again out the point Progman the hospitality in Buenos Aires and Cordova (The two cities where I been) is wonderful but some details are famus, that La Mano de Dios against La Mano del Diablo was ridiculous, one of the best referees I ever saw (Alberto Tejada) had to resign for that reason.
I read everywhere comments and listen in Fox Sports Network how Argentinean comentarists talk about Bianchi having the private celular phone of God.
That's the kind of healthy arrogance I talk about, you believe your players are the best in the world, your coachs and players who come here say that they are here only for business because their dream is to play in Boca or River because no team compares with them.
I admire that in some strange ways, Peruvian players as Pizarro, Farfan, Paolo Guerrero, Mendoza, Palacios, Solano and plenty more are in the best teams of Europe and America, but when our team plays, we feel inferior to the rest and we're death before the game, you are the opposite side of the spectrum, Argentina National Team feels superior to the rest, and in some way it's good.
Let's joke about football, but let's forget the prejudices about every country...
For the third time, no prejudices, been in your city at least 10 times so everything is from personal experience, but again aleways felt comfortable.
The next time I go to Buenos Aires I will notify you and take you a couple of Peruvian Prog albums and we will visit La Bombonera (Good memories for Peruvians ).
Prog-man.

Funny, I also like River more (Hey Fox Sports of America shows all the Argentinean championship) but because Boca is the equivalent to Alianza Lima in Perú ![Dead](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif)
River is similar to Universitario "La U" (My team), we're as popúlar as Alianza but our team is more like middle class as River.
But I want to visit La Bombonera because of the mythological game when we tied with your team in 1968 (Before you were born and I had 4 years LOL).

OK, WE'LL GO TO BOTH, MAN!!![Clap](https://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif)

I predict the same outcome myself, and then Germany winning in the finals. However, if it turns out differently I won't be surprised either.

^ Yes, I have the same opinion.. France is really unpredictable, like, they didn't play as good as now in the group stage.. But see the Brazil and France match, really a great match..

Exactly. France can lose 2-0 to Portugal or beat the Germans in their own stadium 3-0, really don't know what team will show up.

^^ I think he means Portugal (sometimes referred in Spanish as "La escuadra lucitana"
I'd also root for Portugal, just because of the fact that it's the only remaining team that hasn't won a World Cup yet.
