It's calling the album In the Court of the Crimson King Itchycock.  I believe either Blowie or Ansen called it that first but I could be mistaken.

People do that with almost every image that includes a face.

Yes but more seem to do it with Itchycock than any other album.

The thing that annoys me most in that song is that DJ P0N-3 is pronounced wrong.
