In English, the first one reads as such...(this is a literal translation, mind you) A moment album for this misconosciuta bend of years 70, permeated from fiabesche atmospheres and the song of the best one vocalist like Gianfranco Gaza. It guesses the participations to you d flauto and sax, that they vermente complete a succeeded work and pleasant to I listen. To rivaltare!
The second one is this... Incredible according to album for On foot the Nudi' sages the participations of otimo the chitarrista Nicholas Gardinale and originallisma the presence of the French horn, for a dreaming album and very congeniato; most advised!
The problem is...they STILL don't make any sense.

I could do a poor translation (Italian is not my mother language) but I agree with SB that the reviews are senseless.

You guys are too tough on Mandrake. I don't speak Italian but, as it's fairly similar to Portuguese and Spanish I can, by looking up a couple of words, get the gist of his reviews: PROCESSION "Fiaba" - An excellent album by this misunderstood (little-known?) band of the '70s, permeated by a fairytale atmosphere and the singing of a great vocalist such as Gianfranco Gaza. Imagine the contributions of the flute and sax, completing an opus that is truely successful and pleasant to listen to. One to appreciate! A PIEDI NUDI "Creazione" - Incredible second album by A PIEDI NUDI: the contributions of the excellent guitarist Nicola Gardinale and very original the presence of the French horn, for a dreamy and very agreeable album: highly recommended!

Italian, a beautiful language indeed, is becoming the second language of PA. Again, I could do a translation (poor) but I'm afraid not to transmit the intensity of the text. But in my opinion for a 5-star rating there are few words in the review. |

HERE I COME TO DAVE THE SAY...SAVE THE DAY!!!! LOL The first one reads as such... Wonderful disc of the ELP in which through sintetizzatore Emerson we understand the beauty to play the organ hammond and the moogh in the side To of the disc but above all in the B side makes to above all feel one us wonderful pianoforte in "bitches crystal" and "are you ready eddy".
Now; for the second one... This album like the entrance halls and one of the capolavri of the ELP. In this disc ELP they put in prominence greater part of their technique but it possesses melodia and above all spirit what that all the groups prog do not have.
As for understanding either of them, don't look at me. LOL Mind you; these are literal translations; I don't speak Italian, just Spanish, English and bullsh*t. lol |

Well, not exactly great reviews but, as they are for albums I rate highly, here we go again: ELP "Tarkus" - Wonderful disc from ELP in which, through Emerson, we understand the beauty of the sound of the Hammond organ and moog synthesizer on Side A of the disc but above all on Side B we hear wonderful piano especially in 'Bitches Crystal' and in 'Are You Ready Eddy?' ELP "Emerson, Lake & Palmer" - This album, like the others [I'm guessing he ment to type "altri", rather than "atri"], is one of ELP's masterpieces. In this disc ELP highlight much of their technique but it has melody and above all soul [spirit], something that not all Prog groups have.

PAIN OF SALVATION Remedy Lane
Review (Permanent link) by Geno @ 9:53:35 PM EST, 11/5/2005 — I'll never understand what's so good about this band. The vocals are terrible. That alone makes them unlisteneable. Even neglecting them, the instrumental part is a borefest. This new wave of stupid prog bands is making me worried. Another crappy example is The Mars Volta. Really, this is a POS. It wouldn't give it more than half a star.
Howdey hey folks, im back again after a long absence... got to hand it to these angry people who put up these reviews, they never really seem to give up. ha ha oh well. Keep on proggin adn ill try to stay more active this time

OK Mikeypoo ... although he does say the vocals are terrible and
the instruemental parts are boring .. not sure it deserves to stay, but
when in doubt I always pass the buck to Reviews Manager Easy Livin'
Since we've got some great translating work going ... any takers for IL BALLETTO DI BRONZO Il Rei Del Castello Review (Permanent link) by Alejandro Llamas @ 9:19:06 PM EST, 12/30/2003
— Definitivamente el disco es sumamente desconocido por los
melomanos, pero definitivamente es el mejor en su genero, los que lo
han escuchado se quedan con la boca abierta, por su gran calidad,
millones de años luz de adelanto para la epoca en que se produjo |

"Death to Utopia! Death to faith! Death to love! Death to hope?" thunders the 20th century. "Surrender, you pathetic dreamer.”
"No" replies the unhumbled optimist "You are only the present." |

Thanks Mikeypoo, seems to me to be just a general rant about the band, not a review of the album.

TRANSLATION: Unfortunately this record is hugely unknown by the music maniacs but it is definitively the best in its genre. Those who have listened to it let the chin drop due to its great quality, millions of light-years ahead the time it had been produced. NB: I translated 'quedan con la boca abierta' literally 'stay with the open mouth' as 'let the chin drop'...

YES Symphonic Live (DVD)
Review (Permanent link) by song bird of pray @ 5:50:21 PM EST, 2/9/2005 — I was there. It was magnific. But the DVD is better ! The balance with the orchestra is better. Replay is possible. (1 minus point, therefor not 5 stars: they should remix the .1 bass sound.)
read what Gatot and Gerald wrote: masterpiece ! It was a bit of EO-elderly-day. Jon always communicating with his lady. Steve a bit stiff in the fingers, but still great. Chris making his show, flirting with the girls, real energy. Alan the director and the engine. Tom fighting his musical battles making it great as 20 years before. And the orchestra: the played classical music, because they weren't born when most of it was composed. The played classical instruments, as in earlierer "trials". But on this DVD they are a true reason to buy this DVD: energy, enjoy, love, yes. Not seen this DVD yet, but I'm not sure what this review is driving at....it's unintentionally amusing at times!

SYN, THE "Syndestructible "
THE BEST ALBUM OF THE YEAR!!! BUY IT! BUY IT! BUY IT!!!!!
Another untranslated one here...

RIVERSIDE "Second Life Syndrome"
Review (Permanent link) by Posted 5:29:48 PM EST, 12/24/2005 Clock is 00.02 and Chirstmas Eve has just turned to Chirstmas Day... There couldn't be a better start for cold, dark night than this album. Now for few times I have listened Second Life Syndrome and I think this was Poland's chirstmas gift for the music. This progressive rock ensemble gives what we need: crystal clear soundwaves, rising athmosphere, chord changes with mixture of clean vocals and some louder roars.
I J U S T L O V E T H I S B A N D A ND E S P E C I A L L Y T HE A L B U M ! ! ! Another weak one....though I've just noticed all the non-collaborator reviews on the front page don't display a name...any changes to the site?
