True. Seems like a very common fantasy, but I'm sure it's over idealized, thus "fantasy".

I like giving back scrapes. My back is too easy to scrape. Dang sensitive skin!

I can't say I'd be too much a fan of someone scraping my back. Especially not a feline.

My shred, dutifully named Erasershred, will forever be the best one.

No objections. Stern Smile

EDIT: I guess that was actually Harmonium.Alex's shred. :O Mine wound up being titled Our Jimmies Are Eternal. Fine with that.

Remember last winter when we got 2 inches of snow and the city shut down, and I was trapped on the highway all night?  Because of this, the city has turned to Overly Cautious Cover our Asses Mode, and as a result, school has been cancelled twice last week, and twice this week, with no snow or ice to speak of AT ALL, just merely the IDEA of snow and ice.  Scary forecasts also kept me home today, which is ok because it's pretty easy for me to work just as well from home.  But it's a little annoying seeing everyone overcompensate for last year's blunder by disrupting everyone's lives for no real good reason.

Both of you definitely need to give Eraserhead a watch. David Lynch is probably my favorite director/screenwriter, etc. His style is really my thing and Eraserhead was probably the most self-indulgent he got.

Part of me thinks Eraserhead would really freak me out in an unpleasant way.  I really want to see it but I doubt my mental stability.
