I suppose it's selfish of me to feel so x)

it might be the hormones but I am feeling everything so hard in the last few weeks. Joy, sorrow and everything in between. I'm not sure if it's going to calm down or if I'll just get better at dealing with it.

At least there is some joy sprinkled in, but hopefully it evens out or you get better at dealing with it.

For me things have been ok, nothing particularly good has happened but I think I've been trying harder, which is what counts I guess. It just seems worse when I try to stop repressing everything
