Hands - Caviar Bobsled
| Nice Dave, another album that is on my wishlist. |
Really great album, and that's coming from someone who normally stays away from 70s acts doing "comeback" albums. Oh well, Hands has done a couple of other new albums before this one, but it is mere fluke that I took the plunge. I did so with Floyd's Endless River and I think I've spun it 4 times This Caviar feels different though. Definitely one of the better attempts at bringing back the old school from...yeah...folks who were there back when it wasn't old school
| I'll definitely look into it although their modern albums never came close to the first one. |
I've only ever heard the debut. Never tried their latter day material before Caviar Bobsled. I guess our local Italian femme fatale Raff is responsible for that by including it in her AOTY list. I even think it holds the top slot....and I happen to enjoy a lot of the same stuff she does.

I'm just discovering him. Actually, I had never heard his music until I bought a few of his albums this week, finally! Now I'm on this one:
