This is a weird album so far...

This track is a blatant homage to VdGG and the last track seems to be a cover of a VdGG tune.  I'm liking it though.

Because everything is lsot?

Now that I think of it, you never mentioned in the chess thread here how good you are. First trap I fell into, right off the bat. TongueOuch

I played quite a bit when I was younger, just a bit out of practice.

I take too long deciding my moves, though, I fail hopelessly at those 1 minute games n sh*t like that

I also fail at that.  I only ever really think 3 or 4 moves ahead and I never think of what my opponent will do too much.  That's why I fail so much.

Plus I'm bitter because I taught my mate how to play and he usually beat me afterwards.

I torn between focusing on Lou Reed's Berlin, reading Kharms and watching Rear Window.

If it were Spring Break I wouldn't feel so pressure to decide.

Watch Rear Window.  It's a classic Hitchcock.

I still have to ask dad to give me my copy of Blood Meridian back.

Also listening to Part the Second with a gril while walking on the beach at night is quite the experience.

Off to read The Fall and Betwixt and Between, night y'all

This is an odd yet oddly not awful version of Pioneers over c.  Although the dude's voice is a bit annoying.

I can play the intro to Pioneers over c on keyboard though.
