I, on the other hand, am bulking, so it's more corned beef & cabbage, dark chocolate for desert.

You have no idea how often I hear that. I have an aunt that introduced me to cheese and jam sandwiches when I was a kid. I spun it into grilled cheese and jam and sometimes add crispy bacon as well. If you're daring, add a thin smear of Stawberry jam to a piece of old cheddar and you'll be hooked.
