Just curious....where will you be eating the Mexican chow in and will it be one of your favorite places where you live?
I like Mexican also and go out for it locally.

It one o'clock and a time for lunch ... nyum-nyum-nyum (no I'm not eating Vietnamese): Michelina's Zap'ems Gourmet ziti parmesano and a strawberry yogurt. Think I'm gonna have something else.

Yeah Wu, just one of the many little strip mall places offering decent fare for the mostly lower income folks nearby.  It's comfortable and fun, the staff speaks English about as well as I speak Spanish, so that adds an element of fun as they like to joke around.  It's not high brow foodie cuisine....just comfort food.  Smile

My kind of mexican place....my local place, La Carreta,  sounds very similar..the food is good and not expensive and there's a homey feel to the place where all the locals eat.

Yep, that's it.  This place is called El Loro by the way.  There are quite a few in MN, not sure if they go national as well.
