still haven’t seen an improvement in the IBS issues, still taking 2 pain meds every four hours and no change in toilet function so I’m unable to get motivation still hopefully it will soon make a difference

Eeks its Friday where on earth did the week go by! Plenty of time spent with my headphones on listening to mostly prog and apart from a couple of days of rain it’s been Sunshine all the way lol. Need to start my usual list routine for.

Movies But it’s Saturday morning sun is shining my mental and health issues are all positive for now, having my first cup of tea and random thoughts and viewing my rear garden flower beds and veg plots lol. New medicine is causing me a few problems over the last few days and especially today’s a painful one ouch!
