Like seriously, I remember watching Toy Story in theaters when it came out, and it was good then, but it's not a very good movie once you're an adult!

And the darkest kids movie ever made was actually Bambi.

I remember reading on a Yahoo! article a number of years back that it ranked #1 on a "Best Horror Movie" list, up there with Silence of the Lambs and Nightmare on Elm Street.
My sister watched Bambi on Youtube and she said she cried. She is 18. I don't get it, I've never cried during a movie in my whole life...

Have you seen Grave of the Fireflies? That is almost guaranteed to make even you cry. Tongue

Remember Matt, this is Henry we are talking about Wink

Oi Ben. Question: do you also like the early, rough sound of 60s psychedelia? If yes (or better, if you'd be interested in a modern take on it), you must check out this band. That, if you don't already know them.

I like psych, provided it's not too whimsical.

I don't know them, but I'll check them out.

Yeah, they were pretty good. I didn't listen to the whole thing, but first impressions were good.

Musica Transonic is a noisy band, James was right!  I like them but I wish I could tell what was going on a bit better. LOL

Musically...not too bad, but production wise - very.  Let's just say that it was a good first album of the morning - it really woke me up fast.

I've noticed that less and less of my recent musical discoveries are coming from artists on PA. Some of them should probably be on here, yes, but they aren't.

I've noticed that more and more of my recent musical discoveries are awesome Japanese bands (more often than not involving Yoshida Tatsuya in one way or another).

I'll keep a tally of how many times Yoshida is mentioned today, so far, 2. Tongue
