Haha, this riff is straight from Kind of Blue, or some other Coltrane album.

It's a very crazy album, using sampling of voices a lot to make melodies and sounds. Quite avant-garde actually, although blended with more commercial sounding melodies. Oh, and Adrian Belew guests on it
Definitely listen to it again soon!

Yeah, I'm assuming it may have gone partially over my head the first time so I definitely need to hear it again. Especially since Belew is on it! (I'm a HUGE Belew fan---it's my favorite era of KC and I love his Side series solo albums) I definitely will.

I'm in a quandary though... I can play either:
Nucleus Speed Limit Keef Hartley Band
after this.

I think even James should check it out. It's quite RIO for Jarre's standards

What inspired that statement?

Henry Cow's Tongue In Aspic

That would be one HELL of an album.
The lineup would be amazing.

Fred Fripp Imagine a more modern incarnation of King Crimson combined with Henry Cow as well. Trio of dueling guitars!! Belew, Frith, and Fripp, all completely different styles blending their guitar styles and making some pretty talented music. Woah. That sounds so awesome in theory. *brain explodes at the thought of it*
