I'm pretty sure it's not scrobbling for me at the moment. When it was occasionally coming back online earlier I'd lost a few. That was from Grooveshark though which is always a bit dodgy

Yeah, I assume if your scrobbler is working properly the scrobbles will be submitted when it comes back online.
