Robert, I can see why you like Glass Hammer's version of South Side of the Sky more than Yes'. It's pretty kickass. Actually, this album so far is pretty kickass.

Yeah, he was piano on Islands, Lizard and In The Wake Of Poseidon, IIRC... e-piano on Lizard as well... in addition to the various things James has mentioned, he has a solo career (of which I've got Mujician volumes 1 + 2, which are very intense and interesting recordings - for solo piano pieces, they're both technically demonic, improvised and simply stuff you wouldn't think of, let alone be able to pull off) and the enormous big band Centipede - which was produced by Robert Fripp, and featured Boz Burrell, Elton Dean, Ian McDonald and Robert Wyatt, among others.

Tippett's "Dedicated to You But You Weren't Listening" is pretty essential.
