Before: Zoltan - First Stage Zoltan (Prog electronic with a strong rock element - sorta like Zombi but not really)
Now: One of the best new finds of 2014 for me. Like a rocking Bob Dylan dipping his toes in dream pop. Saweeet!

I love that cover too Sagi. Very beautiful and serene meadow-like atmosphere that actually mirrors the music hiding underneath uncannily well. They remind me of Kebnekaise, only not as fuzzy and psychedelic in their approach. Both bands combine Nordic folk music with jazz rock.

The music is fortunately much better than the awful cover art. Yikes that is one terrible computer hack job!

I'm starting out a little mellow this morning but plan on picking up the pace later on. Symphonic Prog from Denmark. "Pictures..." was released in 1976 and is a very good album musically but I would like it better if it had fifty per cent less vocals.

One of my all time favorite LP covers (but this image came out too dark). This is the first album by the German band Bullfrog and was released in 1976. It's hard rock with xlnt guitar and organ but the vocal style is rough and a little hard to get used to.

Early German Heavy Prog released in 1971. I wish the band sounded as good as the album cover looks. The music is hard and rough which was fine for '71 but the "artsy" type vocals are a turn off.

I used to have this LP, if I recall, it was on the German 'Sky' label ?? Anyway, I couldn't dig it, so I ended up swapping it with some dude for a copy of Sensation's Fix ''Finest Finger'..........no regrets at all.

I don't absolutely worship the King's solo output as much as I do his tenure in Mercyful Fate, but this and Abigail are quite good nonetheless. It helps that Michael Denner and Timi Hansen are still on board, so even if they're a bit closer to power metal in sound the MF "feel" is still there.

That's funny. You're right about this album being hard to get into. As a fellow Sensations' Fix fan I would say you made a good trade. But I do love the cover though.

This may well be the rarest album in my collection. It's not listed on PA so I went to Discogs because I've seen the site mentioned here. They currently have only one copy available for sale. The album is from 1972 and is basically blues/rock with some decent guitar and bass.
